Charge Conference Meeting Change
Friends,
Due to the impending storm, we are moving from in-person charge conferences to one Zoom charge conference with all of the churches that were scheduled to meet on Saturday, November 12. The Zoom meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. for everyone.
I do have one favor to ask though. I need all of the charge conference packets dropped off at my house no later than Sunday evening. It is imperative that I receive them by that date since all clergy compensation is due in our system by Monday and if it is not in, it will mess up clergy pension for 2023. You can drop off the packet before Saturday if you wish. My home address is 8028 Concord Blvd West, Jacksonville. I live on the north side of town so not that far from all of you. There is mail slot in my front door in case I am not home.
